Job summary

Brightwork Limited, a fast-growing sales and marketing company expanding across the UK, is seeking motivated individuals for field sales roles in Scotland and the surrounding areas.

This face-to-face position focuses on engaging customers, introducing cost-saving products, and meeting weekly targets while developing long-term career potential. Training starts from day one, with clear progression paths into leadership roles within 3–6 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort with meeting targets and working in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face in local areas (door-to-door and events).
• Introduce products/services that help customers save money and improve value.
• Identify needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage your own pipeline and hit weekly targets.
• Record activity using provided systems and sales tools.
