Job summary

Virgin Media O2 operates across the UK delivering broadband, mobile and TV services. As a Field Sales Advisor you will work door-to-door in your local patch, explaining pricing and helping customers choose the right bundles.

This is a full-time, face-to-face, target-driven role with a starting salary of £26,228 plus uncapped commission; top earners can reach £50k–£70k. Training is provided with a two-week induction.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Confidence starting conversations and working face to face with customers.
• Resilience, motivation and comfort working towards targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• A positive, self-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Work door-to-door in your allocated patch.
• Build rapport quickly with a wide range of people.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits.
• Manage your workload from first conversation through to close.
• Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential.
