Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is hiring a Field Sales Advisor to represent its broadband, mobile and TV services in local communities across the UK. This face-to-face, target-driven role offers a starting salary of £26,228 with uncapped commission and realistic top earnings well into five figures.

You’ll work in your designated patch, door to door, building trust and tailoring packages to customer needs. You’ll receive two weeks of full induction and ongoing coaching, with shift patterns including afternoons

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Confidence starting conversations and meeting customers in person.
• Resilience, motivation and ability to work toward targets.
• Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts.
• Positive, self-driven approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers door to door in your catchment area.
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer needs.
• Recommend suitable broadband, mobile and TV packages.
• Explain pricing, deals and benefits clearly and close the sale.
• Manage workload from first contact to close and own results.
• Take ownership of targets and earnings potential.
