Field Sales Executive

THE JOB

Our client is the leading company in their field offering solutions to SME businesses UK wide.

As a Field Sales Executive, your responsibilities are:
  1. Attend pre-booked appointments generated by your designated telesales colleague.
  2. Generate new clients through self-generated business development.
  3. Take a structured approach to the sales process to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. There is a clearly defined career path ensuring the opportunity to advance into senior roles.
THE CANDIDATE

Our client is looking for strong field sales candidates with the following experience and attributes:

  1. A strong understanding of the sales process.
  2. A proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
  3. A very good closer. You must be able to ask for the order!
  4. Be unafraid in gaining new business.
  5. A self-motivated individual who thrives in managing their own territory and exceeding sales targets.
  6. A full driving licence.
THE PACKAGE

Basic GBP30K, guaranteed to GBP60K in the first year.
GBP90K OTE uncapped, Top earners do earn GBP150K+.
Company car or GBP5,000 car allowance.
Life insurance, 24/7 Employment Relations Advice Line, and your birthday off!

COMMISSION

Calculated each quarter on sales value generated:
0 to GBP200,000 = 5% Commission
GBP200,000+ = 10% uncapped

QUARTERLY BONUS

Achieve 30 deals and GBP325,000 revenue = GBP5,000 Bonus
