Job summary

Schwartz, a McCormick brand, seeks a full-time Retail Sales Merchandiser to cover Lancaster and surrounding areas. 40 hours per week, Monday–Saturday (Wednesday off). Permanent contract with a salary of £21,424 plus a company van and fuel card; an execution bonus of up to £800 is paid quarterly.

Develop and manage store relationships, drive opportunities using data, and ensure stock availability and accurate records. Travel across the Lancaster area is required.

Qualifications

• Must have right to work in the UK and a UK bank account.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
• Use technology and data to drive opportunities in stores including secondary display.
• Collect and deliver stock to stores to a journey plan to ensure 100% availability on shelf.
• Maintain store records including inventory.
• Support other McCormick brands when required.
