Job summary

Karndean Designflooring LTD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. The role supports Retail Sales and Marketing teams and ensures campaigns, materials, and communications align with brand standards.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across the business. This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to marketing activities across customer enquiries, sales requests and retail campaigns.
• Coordinate requests for marketing materials, samples, merchandise and promotional support.
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for field marketing activities.
• Support retail activations and in-store campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Track activation progress and report updates to stakeholders.
