Mammoet is seeking a Resource Planner to coordinate daily planning of personnel and equipment at the Thornaby office. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is full-time and permanent, based in Teesside with occasional travel to project locations. Qualifications

• Essential: Flexible and willing to be on call on evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in ICT, in particular Microsoft Office packages.
• Good level of English both verbal and written.
• Positive, can-do attitude, able to work as a team player.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel to project locations on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the daily planning of personnel and equipment within the Operations Division.
• Manage resources effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures.
• Review timesheets, create purchase orders, and complete other administration tasks to high standards.
• Communicate job assignments clearly and maintain relationships with colleagues and external suppliers; take on-call calls outside normal hours.
• Provide first-line management of operators and handle day-to-day operational issues.
