Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to carry out inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across Cambridge.

You’ll work independently with support from a team, visiting properties, reporting findings and ensuring compliance and safety. A company car, training and clear progression paths are provided, alongside 30 days leave and a robust pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Inventory experience desirable.
• Property management experience desirable.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification (or willingness to work towards) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property visits, inventories, check-ins and check-outs in Cambridge in line with policy.
• Prepare detailed, accurate reports and upload photographs.
• Identify maintenance issues and compliance risks and escalate.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate actions.
• Support tenancy lifecycle management and delivery of external services.
