haart Estate Agents is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate to carry out external inspections, inventories and tenancy appointments across Coventry and Northampton. You will work independently, supported by an experienced team, helping keep homes safe, compliant and well managed.

The role involves property visits, inventories, check-ins/check-outs, and reporting, with a focus on landlord assets, compliance and tenancy lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property visits and inventories in line with policy.
• Prepare accurate visit, inventory and check-in/out reports.
• Identify maintenance issues, risks and tenancy concerns.
• Support deposit protection and check-out processes.
