Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Management Externals Associate (PMEA) to deliver external property management services across the tenancy lifecycle for roles covering Luton, Milton Keynes, Enfield, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. You will conduct visits, inventories and check-ins, and report risks with professional, accurate documentation.

The role emphasises compliance, customer service and revenue through chargeable services, with training at our Learning & Development

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (manual) required.
• Experience in property, lettings, inventory or inspections.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property visits in line with policy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed visit reports using company systems.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, risks and safety concerns.
• Complete inventories and check-ins before tenancy start and during the lifecycle.
• Support check-outs with evidence-based reports and deposit negotiations.
• Provide professional, courteous service to tenants and landlords.
• Meet KPIs for external services income and appointment targets.
