The role focuses on enabling activities for emergency projects and planned work, with responsibilities spanning cost, time, and quality reporting, data-driven risk analysis, and governance adherence. Candidates should have a degree-level qualification or equivalent, and experience in water/wastewater environments.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent is desirable.
• Proven technical experience in water/wastewater environments is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience working within a governance framework and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enabling activities for major emergency projects and planned parcels across the region.
• Provide progress updates on time, cost, and quality to stakeholders.
• Analyse data and risks to develop cost‑benefit propositions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and optioneering where required.
• Adhere to governance requirements and site health & safety standards.
