Job summary

Aqua Cooling Solutions is seeking a Service Engineer for the South region to maintain and service process cooling and industrial refrigeration equipment. You will work with our regional service manager and head office team to ensure top-tier customer service across client sites.

The role requires hands-on field work, preventative maintenance, installation and commissioning of new equipment, and strong documentation discipline. A valid driving licence and F-Gas certification are essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive, can-do attitude with commitment to first-class customer service.
• Experience with process and water-cooling systems.
• F-Gas certification (2079 or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning preferred.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites.
• Paid door to door travel arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Service Department for daily diary and job details.
• Carry out preventative maintenance visits at client sites.
• Respond to client breakdowns and repairs promptly.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Complete all documentation to company standards.
