Job summary
HomeServe Plc. is seeking a Plumbing Engineer to join our field-based team in Slough and surrounding areas.
You will diagnose and repair leaks, carry out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties, and deliver excellent customer service while managing jobs on-site with autonomy. We offer a competitive package including a salary of £40,720–£44,120 depending on experience, plus a guaranteed £3,000 bonus in year one, paid overtime, a pension, 33 days holiday and a company van with fuel card.
Qualifications
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification required.
- Experience performing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing.
- Experience working in domestic properties.
- Valid UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
- Strong customer service skills and on-site problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
- Complete 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
- Repair and maintain household plumbing systems.
- Manage jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
- Represent HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
