Job summary

Kier Group in Northampton is seeking a Field Performance Manager to lead and support field teams within the Anglian Water programme. You will drive operational performance, oversee team leaders and operatives, and collaborate with Anglian Water partners to deliver high-quality service with strict health, safety and environmental standards.

The role requires experience in water industry supervision, an NRSWA ticket, strong IT and communication skills, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within the water industry at a supervisory level.
• NRSWA ticket required.
• Strong IT and communication skills with experience managing varied teams.
• Full driving licence held.
• Collaborative, trusted and focused with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and improving productivity, performance and quality of field teams.
• Managing direct reports, including coaching, mentoring and supporting their development.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, in line with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation and NRSWA regulations.
• Coordinating work with customers and resolving any complaints or quality issues.
• Controlling costs and resources, whilst promoting continual improvement and innovative ideas.
