The role requires a strong management background, a full UK driving licence, and knowledge of the utilities sector.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience required.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in utilities/drainage sector advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections.
• Coordinate field engineers.
• Manage fleet issues.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Liaise with office planners and team leaders.
• Conduct one-to-ones with staff.
• Oversee vehicle utilisation and resource availability.
• Assist clients on high-profile jobs.
• Monitor engineers' performance and safety compliance.
• Handle HR matters including disciplinaries and pathway reviews.
• Support wellbeing of field staff.
