Placements24 seeks a versatile Field Operations Technician to service clients at various sites around Randburg and the Gauteng region. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, acting as the frontline contact for clients to ensure systems operate smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Operations Technician, Service Technician, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure technical equipment and systems at client locations.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and diagnostic tests on operational equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field to minimize service disruption.
• Respond to service calls and emergency requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including site visits and parts used.
• Provide basic training to clients on the use and care of installed equipment.
