Job description

The Field Operations Manager – EMEA Sales is a critical role to support our next phase of growth in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations (EMEA), this position will focus on data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic support for the sales team. You will take a holistic view across the full route-to-market, encompassing Channel, SDR, and Indirect sales. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales analytics, including using Salesforce and Tableau to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leverage reporting and analytics on key metrics such as pipeline, sales productivity, and sales velocity to identify insights and optimize performance. Tools include Tableau, Salesforce, and Clari.
  2. Collaborate with GTM leadership and global Field Operations to design GTM coverage models and territory planning.
  3. Support the development of accurate sales forecasts through data modeling and trend analysis. Work with Enablement to communicate and train on change management.
  4. Support the operating rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business reviews.
  5. Design and implement new processes related to account segmentation, data management, and productivity enhancements, working cross-functionally.
  6. Support strategic growth initiatives and projects globally and in the EMEA region.
  7. Partner with functions such as HR, Finance, and Legal to address issues, build plans, and deliver programs.
  8. Prepare and present analyses related to go-to-market effectiveness.

Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in roles such as Strategy and Planning, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Analytics in a high-growth B2B technology environment.
  2. Ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize insights with business impact.
  3. Familiarity with or ability to learn BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Einstein) and sales/marketing tech like SFDC, Clari, & People.AI.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
  5. Experience working with senior stakeholders within a matrixed structure.
  6. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
  7. A collaborative, humble attitude to work across teams.
  8. Willingness to travel as required.
