Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract to develop and maintain our On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes.

The role supports Field Sales with development of tools and training, builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identifies integrated solutions to improve ways of working, and requires travel to Carlsberg Britvic sites in the UK. Job description

We are now recruiting for a Field Operations Development Executive on a fixed term contract. This role will be key to developing and maintaining our On Trade field sales and customer data applications and processes.

• Support the Field Sales teams with development of sales tools, training and technical support
• Build, develop and maintain close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Identify and develop integrated solutions to drive improved ways of working and efficiency for field sales
• Management of customer data and maintenance across several system
  Strong IT literacy including SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to build strong internal customer relationships including managerial
• High attention to detail
• Confident problem solving & can-do attitude
• Analytical skills with ability to translate into actionable steps
• Strong numerical skills
• Experience of working in fast-paced FMCG company at an operational level is desired

Location: Hybrid- with monthly travel to Carlsberg Britvic sites, including Tamworth, Leeds & Hemel Hempstead

Job Length: 18 Month FTC - Full Time (35 hours)
