Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an Operations/Compliance Supervisor on behalf of a leading organisation within the environmental hygiene and compliance sector. This field-based role oversees safety, efficiency and high-quality service delivery while coordinating site teams and resources.

The successful candidate will lead operations, ensure works are completed to the highest standard, manage workloads, and liaise with customers to schedule priorities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in facilities management or environmental services.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to plan workloads and prioritise tasks.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams carrying out compliance cleaning and inspections.
• Manage onsite workloads, priorities and daily operations.
• Ensure sufficient manpower, equipment and resources are available to complete works.
• Liaise with customers and site representatives to agree work schedules and priorities.
• Monitor work quality to ensure standards are met.
• Provide guidance to operatives and assist training.
• Complete documentation and reports on time.
• Promote professional, customer-focused service.
