Qualifications

  • Proven experience within freshwater, wastewater, utilities, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
  • Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within demanding operational environments.
  • Full UK driving licence (or equivalent if outside the UK).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
