Job summary

South East Water Limited is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer for a 12‑month fixed-term contract to support field deployments across our South East sites. You will lead two parallel projects: NIS security hardware deployment and WAN upgrades across data centers and remote treatment sites, traveling across our regional estate.

Qualifications

CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent certification/training.
Proven field experience with physical network installations, patching and enclosure mounting.
Solid knowledge of routing, switching and security protocols.
Comfort working with low-voltage power systems and a security-first mindset.

Responsibilities

On-site project execution across regional sites.
Install, maintain, and decommission physical equipment at data centers and remote sites.
Mount cabinets, switches and routers; implement cabling and power systems.
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-line support for routing, switching and security issues as required.
