Job Description:

Role: Electronic Field Monitoring Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and decommissioning electronic monitoring equipment in the homes of individuals under electronic monitoring.
• Visiting the homes of individuals on curfew to install and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring detection within property boundaries.
• Installation and maintenance of electronic monitoring devices.
• Collaborating with team members for seamless operations and communication.
• Providing excellent customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (no more than 9 points).
• Ability to travel within the UK; car and fuel provided.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.
• BPSS clearance with a full 3-year work history.
• Willingness to obtain DBS clearance if not already held.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal English.
• Flexibility to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Assignment Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Evening shifts from 4 pm to 1 am; shifts vary.
• 8 days of training at Gatwick, Birmingham, or Stockport.
