Job summary

Morson International presents a Meter Reader role for our client M Group Energy in Twickenham and Slough. This is a temporary, ongoing contract within the Metering team, with potential for extended work based on performance and business needs.

You'll start with a structured training program, then move into fieldwork reading meters (inside or outside properties) and recording readings accurately. A UK driving licence is required (not necessarily in London), and a DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and able to manage time and routes efficiently.
• Strong customer-facing communication and safety awareness.
• Ability to walk long distances and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read meters and record readings accurately at each property.
• Plan and follow daily routes using handheld device.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain safety standards while working alone or with a team.
