You will start in training before moving to independent fieldwork, planning routes, and reading meters inside or outside properties. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the post emphasizes safety and pace in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (Not required in London).
• Customer Service experience (No minimum requirement).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Drive and motivation to work in an independent role.
• Capability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to walk for several miles every day.
• Pass our screening and vetting standards, provide 5 years employment history and pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Read meters in residential and commercial properties and record readings on a handheld device.
• Plan and follow an efficient daily route while maintaining safety.
• Deliver first-class customer service during field visits.
• Work independently, in all weather conditions, to meet timescales.
