Job summary

CPM in Bedford is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to cover Bedford area. Approx 8–10 hours per week at £15.07 per hour PAYE, with holiday pay. Flexible days across Monday to Sunday, including fixed slots Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. A valid car is essential.

You'll visit a mix of retailers, set up POS materials, maintain displays, and ensure stock is front-facing. You’ll report via our app and build good in-store relationships, with ongoing training and potential extra CPM assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Own car essential for carrying promotional materials.
• Available to work Monday to Sunday with fixed days Tue/Thu/Sat.
• Confident talking to store staff and building in-store relationships.
• Good reporting via mobile app with clear photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to perform merchandising tasks.
• Audit and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise per planograms.
• Ensure stock is available on shelves to drive sales.
• Top up products on shelves and displays to be eye-catching.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be required.
