Job summary

CPM Limited is seeking Merchandisers in the Fleet area. This role offers approximately 8–10 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay and starts within two weeks after onboarding and training for long-term, ongoing work.

Flexible across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Ideal experience in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday).
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building in-store relationships.
• Own car required for carrying materials and displays.
• Use of a phone/tablet to report via app with photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products so they’re eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate additional display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
