Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking Merchandisers for the Kendal area. This role offers approximately 2–4 hours per week with potential to increase during busy periods. Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within two weeks after onboarding, with long-term, ongoing work available. Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience; own car required to carry materials to various stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Familiarity with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures such as gondolas and shelving confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays tidy.
• Arrange and top up products so displays are eye-catching and easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
