Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking Merchandisers in the Fleet area. This role offers approx 8-10 hours per week with potential to increase during busy periods, paid at £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within 2 weeks after onboarding with long-term, ongoing work across Monday to Sunday, with fixed days Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal candidates will have retail or merchandising experience; own car is required to visit stores within 10-15 miles of Fleet (GU51).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building in-store relationships.
• Use own car to carry promotional materials or small displays.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) and merchandise according to planograms.
• Maximise stock on shelves to drive sales and maintain attractive displays.
• Arrange and top up products for easy customer finding and eye-catching appeal.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible; some stock moving may be required.
