Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers for the Pontyclun area. This role offers approximately 2–4 hours per week, with potential to increase during busy periods, at £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay.

Start within 2 weeks after onboarding with ongoing, flexible work across Monday to Sunday, with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal candidates will have retail or merchandising experience; health & beauty exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Experience with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Own car is required for travel and carrying materials.
• Available to work Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tue, Thu and Sat.
• Comfortable reporting via app with photos.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays and shelving confidently.
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Keep displays stocked and attractive to drive sales.
• Top up products on shelves and arrange eye-catching displays.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock movement and lifting may be involved.
