Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers to cover the Launceston area in the United Kingdom. This role involves visiting stores across a 10-mile radius, using your own car, and working 2–4 hours per week with potential for more during busy periods.

Pay is £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training. Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience; health & beauty exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Health & beauty experience would be beneficial.
• Reliable, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Confidently navigate fixtures such as gondolas, bays, and shelving.
• Merchandise products in line with planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products so they are eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
