Job summary

CPM is seeking Merchandisers for the Bridgend area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week with potential increase during busy periods. £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with ongoing work available.

Flexible across Monday to Sunday with fixed days Tue, Thu and Sat. Car essential and reporting via app. Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience; health & beauty experience beneficial and a willingness to travel within 10-15 miles of

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience with Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains desirable.
• Own car required for carrying materials and visiting stores.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise products per planograms.
• Ensure stock is on shelves and assist with displays to drive sales.
• Top up products, arrange displays and, where possible, negotiate extra display space.
• Some stock movement may be required from time to time.
