Job description

Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance, empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai, the only enterprise platform that unifies content compliance and content performance, we are leading the way in the AI era, helping organizations ensure content performs for both humans and AI. From accessibility to SEO, analytics, and content strategy, our platform enables organizations to optimize content that is both compliant and discoverable.

  • Own the regional field marketing strategy, developing and executing integrated, multi-channel plans that align with global priorities while addressing regional market dynamics to drive sustained demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand impact to meet regional pipe goals.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact regional and multi-market events—including conferences, trade shows, executive programs, webinars, and roadshows—ensuring clear objectives, strong sales alignment, and measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Serve as the regional expert in adapting and scaling global campaigns, ensuring they are localized effectively to meet market needs, resonate with target audiences, and deliver consistent brand messaging while maximizing performance.
  • Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across the full buyer journey, partnering with sales to influence pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, collaborating on go-to-market planning, account-based initiatives, and territory priorities to improve lead quality, sales enablement, and overall marketing impact.
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage market insights to continuously optimize programs, inform investment decisions, and clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, social, and other channels, ensuring cohesive execution, consistent messaging, and alignment from strategy through delivery.
  • Champion brand consistency and positioning across assigned regions, ensuring a strong, differentiated, and locally relevant brand presence across all field marketing initiatives.
  • Own and manage regional field marketing budgets, making strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI, scale high-performing initiatives, and balance short-term impact with long-term growth.
  • Leverage and optimize marketing technology platforms—including Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense, and CRM systems—to improve campaign execution, targeting, measurement, and reporting, while driving best practices across the region.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in field marketing or demand generation roles, with demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue impact within enterprise IT and/or B2B SaaS environments across one or more European regions; namely UKI, Nordics or Benelux.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of using data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making, prioritize investments, and optimize field marketing outcomes.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing integrated field marketing programs, including high-impact regional events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account-based initiatives, with clear contribution to pipeline performance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid and organic tactics, and how they integrate with field and sales-led motions across the buyer journey.
  • Excellent program and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, manage dependencies, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and serve as a trusted partner to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) as part of a hybrid work model combining office-based and remote collaboration.
