The Role

Reports to: VP, Global Demand Generation

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least twice a week)

Compensation: Negotiable (Base) + Company Performance Bonus + Share Options + Wider iProov Benefits

iProov is rapidly scaling and seeks a Field & Channel Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to join our marketing team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with internal GTM teams and external channel partners to increase awareness and generate demand. It involves designing, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives for the EMEA region.

How you can make an impact
  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth, aligning with Sales, BDRs, and Channel teams on GTM initiatives.
  • Plan and execute multi-touch, account-based engagement programs, leveraging intent data and firmographics to target high-priority accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end regional events, including conferences, roundtables, and partner activations, ensuring seamless promotion and follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales to design programs that generate and accelerate pipeline.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance based on data insights; manage regional marketing budget for ROI.
  • Experiment with emerging trends, digital tactics, and AI-driven personalization to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Travel opportunity: 10-25% of the time.
What we would like to see from you
  • Experience with identity, cybersecurity, or relevant marketing software solutions; 5-7 years managing field and/or channel activities, including virtual and in-person events.
  • Passion for innovation and creativity; ability to think outside the box.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn about enterprise cybersecurity buyers and channels.
  • Ability to collaborate across business units, supporting Regional Sales Leaders in EMEA.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dedication, accountability, and a desire for success.
  • Positive attitude, outgoing demeanor, and willingness to take risks.
