Job summary

Churchill Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Basingstoke area. You will carry out repairs and alterations in homeowners' retirement apartments, delivering a high standard of workmanship with minimal disruption to residents.

You will travel locally, use a tablet for scheduling, and support the wider team. A company van is provided and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in trades (carpentry, plumbing, decorating) and basic electrical awareness.
• Excellent people skills for a customer-facing role.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and alterations in homeowners’ retirement apartments to a high standard.
• Tackle snagging issues as part of a complimentary service from move-in date and for the first two years.
• Travel within and around the Basingstoke area; use handheld tablet to manage diary and tasks; return to Head Office in Ringwood occasionally.
