Job summary

Sitech Technology Systems Ltd in the UK is seeking a Field based Machine Control Engineer to install and service Trimble machine control systems on site. You will measure, calibrate and diagnose on Dozer, Excavator, Grader and other equipment, working across customer sites with a focus on first-time fix and safety.

Qualifications

College or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Hydraulics or Electronic engineering.
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
Experience with Trimble machine control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Installation – on-site installation of SITECH/Trimble equipment across multiple OEMs and customers.
Service – maintenance, on-call support, troubleshooting and remote assistance.
Calibration – measurement and calibration of machine control equipment in the field.
Training – operator training and knowledge transfer to customers.
