Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking an Assistant Leakage Technician to join the Customer Side Leakage Team. You will respond to leakage jobs, use specialist equipment to locate customer-side leaks, and support repairs across the water network.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leak detection and repair experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfort with tablet and mobile IT devices for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Respond to jobs raised by Leakage Technicians and perform leak detection activities on customer-side leaks.
• Work with a fully equipped van and travel across the network to locate and assist repairs.
• Support planned maintenance and progress enforcement processes as needed.
