Job summary

GLF Schools is seeking a Senior IT Technician for Aureus School in Didcot to support teaching and learning through reliable IT services. The role involves first and second-line support across systems, with opportunities to implement new technologies.

There is occasional travel to GLF schools in the Didcot region and attendance at IT team training events at our Earlsfield, Banstead offices. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant IT experience, strong hardware/software installation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role.
• Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.
• Familiarity with ITIL, service and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support for schools.
• Assist in adopting new technologies to improve teaching and learning.
• Travel to Didcot region as needed and attend team training events at GLF Trust offices.
