Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Site Infrastructure Engineer to cover South East sites from Southampton to Kent and beyond. The role focuses on supporting IT, network and communications across multiple sites with field-based travel and a 9:00–17:30 schedule.

You will troubleshoot LAN/WAN, install hardware, support Microsoft 365 and Windows 11, and coordinate with suppliers. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience across sites.
• Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN and network equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments.

Responsibilities

• Support IT, network and communications across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, switches, routers and wireless APs.
• Install/decommission laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments.
• Assist with data and voice cabling/termination.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for installations and faults.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Travel across the South East region.
