Job summary

Ideal candidates will have IT/Infrastructure experience in multi-site environments, strong LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills, and be comfortable travelling with a full UK driving licence. You will act as a technical contact on-site and interact with non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles, multi-site environment.
Hands-on networking troubleshooting across LAN/WAN.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 11.
Hardware handling across laptops, desktops, printers, scanners.

Responsibilities

Support IT, network and communications infrastructure across multiple sites.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, switches, routers and wireless access points.
Install/decommission laptops, desktops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
Support Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 environments.
Assist with data and voice cabling, termination and inter-site interconnections.
Coordinate third-party suppliers during installations and fault resolution.
Produce and maintain technical documentation.
Work Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 with start time flexibility.
Travel across the South East from Southampton to Rainham.
