Job summary

Zenzero is seeking an on-site Field Services Engineer to be the face of the company for our mid-market customers. You will tackle hands-on troubleshooting, installations, and problem resolution across desktop, network, server and storage environments.

You’ll work with Project teams on deployments, maintain SLAs, and occasionally embed with customers for longer periods. A customer-first mindset and strong teamwork are essential for success at Zenzero.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP or MSSP).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and broader IT systems (including Azure, Intune & Autopilot).
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ConnectWise Manage / ServiceNow / Remedy / Autotask).
• ITIL-aligned environments, SLAs, Incident Management, Service Request Fulfilment and Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Building and configuring end-user devices to our standards.
• Visiting customer sites for installations, desk moves, upgrades and planned work.
• Providing reactive, on-site support for Network, Server and Storage equipment.
• Supporting end-users with everyday Desktop, Office and computing queries.
• Owning Incidents and Service Requests, with proactive checks and triage.
• Possibly owning a specific customer group as their on-site point of contact.
• Providing wider support services when working from a Zenzero office.
• Helping the team hit KPIs and keep the knowledgebase up to date.
