Job summary

Innserve is seeking a full-time, field-based Installation Technician to install, maintain and repair drinks-dispense equipment at locations planned around your home postcode. You will be a customer-facing ambassador, delivering training and high levels of service.

You’ll need a practical, flexible approach in a technical role, with experience as a field service engineer and a full UK driving licence. Beer dispense experience is a bonus but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical or engineering role.
• Experience as a field service engineer.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair drinks dispense equipment at locations planned around your home postcode.
• Provide training, guidance and high levels of customer service.
• Represent Innserve as a customer-facing ambassador across a varied range of sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults to restore service efficiently.
