Job summary

INDGLO is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to support customers across Herefordshire and nearby regions. You will perform planned maintenance, repairs, fault finding and commissioning of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF and chillers, on customer sites.

The role involves attending call-outs, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring junior engineers. A full UK driving licence and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• C&G 2079 or NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas qualification required.
• HVAC/Air Conditioning service and maintenance experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence and independent site work.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, repairs and fault finding.
• Commissioning and servicing HVAC and air conditioning equipment.
• Work on VRV, VRF, chillers, split and close control systems.
• Attend reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain health and safety standards.
• Identify service opportunities while on customer sites.
• Support apprentices and junior engineers where required.
