Job summary

Thirteen Group seeks a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of approximately 350 homes across Hull and surrounding areas. You will handle enquiries, ensure rent is paid, and let homes promptly to maximise income while addressing anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues.

You will collaborate with customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly, and you’ll travel 2–3 times per week to the team office in Hull and head office in Middlesbrough as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence and negotiate with varied stakeholders
• Comfortable handling challenging conversations with empathy and clarity
• Dynamic and energetic approach with a willingness to think creatively
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours
