Job summary

Installio in Bath is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver the UK’s net-zero transition. You will work in customers’ homes performing reactive maintenance and annual services on heat pump systems.

The role requires NVQ Plumbing (level 2 or 3), G3 Unvented, WRAS, and proven heat pump installation experience; a valid driving license with few points is essential. We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle, pension, and top-of-the-range tools.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.
• G3 Unvented certification.
• WRAS Water Regulations knowledge.
• Experience fitting heat pumps.
• Experience installing pipework for unvented cylinders and radiators.
• Experience decommissioning heating systems.
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less.

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team with reactive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps.
• Support install teams where necessary (fault finding, commissioning, etc).
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
