Job summary

Installio invites a dedicated Heat Pump Engineer to join our UK team. You will work on-site in customers’ homes, addressing reactive maintenance, servicing, and fault-finding to support our heat pump installations.

Ideal candidates have heat pump experience, plumbing qualifications, and a clean driving license. Join a growing company driving the UK’s net-zero transition with modern tools and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
• G3 Unvented
• WRAS Water Regulations
• Experience fitting heat pumps
• Experience installing pipework (solder & press) for unvented cylinders and radiators
• Experience decommissioning heating systems
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or less

Responsibilities

• Support our heat pump team with reactive maintenance and repairs
• Conduct annual services for heat pumps
• Support install teams where necessary (Fault finding, commissioning, etc)
• Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
