Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Forklift Engineer (Field Service Engineer/Mechanic/Vehicle) based in Essex. You will carry out PPM and breakdown on forklifts, working from home with limited travel and overtime optional.

The role offers two pay bands: up to £37,000 with 40 hours/week or up to £42,000 with 45 hours/week. You’ll be part of a successful international manufacturer and enjoy training, a van, pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV or similar equipment.
• Ideally hold a Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Based from home and carrying out field service work within approximately an hour of home.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery as a field service engineer.
• Complete training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment.
• Spare parts stocked in van overnight.
