Job summary

Perigon Search is seeking an engineer to service and maintain fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control across a patch from Reading through Surrey and beyond. You will manage your own diary and customers, with training that is practical and not slideshows, and a clear route for progression.

Expected earnings include a base of £38,000–£43,000 with OTE £50,000+, overtime, standby payments, and company van, laptop, phone and tablet.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across fire and security systems.
• Strong fault-finding ability.
• Good working knowledge of the relevant British Standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintenance across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Fault finding on a wide range of systems.
• Commissioning where it comes up.
• Service documentation done properly, and a share of the on-call rota.
