Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Maidstone is seeking a Field Service Technician/Engineer to visit customers on-site, carry out hands-on maintenance, and build strong client relationships.

No previous field engineering experience is required; full training will be provided. A full driving licence is essential, and occasional overnight stays may be needed. This is a permanent, full-time role with a company van and pension.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers on-site and build strong working relationships.
• Listen to customers, identify issues, and determine best solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with garage equipment.
• Carry out routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Show customers how to use equipment safely; provide training.
• Keep clear records of visits, repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the technical team and share feedback for improvements.
• Follow health and safety procedures on customer sites.
