We are currently seeking a team member for the position of "Field Engineer" to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience both on-site and in engineering design within related sectors,
• Competitive English proficiency and native-level Turkish,
• Technical knowledge and strong presentation skills are a plus,
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit or related software,
• Strong knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office,
• High performer with an achiever mentality, career-driven, self-disciplined, and a supportive team player with strong ethical values,
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely, with a sales-oriented mindset,
• Well-developed business acumen and industry understanding,

Responsibilities

• Technical products within the STD product groups.
• Visits to project design offices, customer technical departments, and construction sites
• Inclusion in technical specifications
• Securing approvals in ongoing projects using reverse engineering methods
• Determining the technical specifications of the products and preparing comparison tables with competitor products.
• Explaining the added value of the products to the sales teams through practical applications.
• Analyzing project specifications provided by customers and defining appropriate product solutions.
• Responding to product approval and certification requests received from customers.
• Participating in technical product trainings provided by the represented brands and sharing the latest updates with both the sales team and customers.
• Analyze customer needs and provide the most suitable engineering solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations to existing and potential customers.
• Provide on-site technical support through field visits during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical drawings and project support materials using design tools such as AutoCAD.
• Collaborate closely with project, sales, and engineering teams to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposal files, and presentation materials.
• Provide post-sales support and consultancy services to clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report sales performance on a regular basis.
• Travel across Turkey to conduct customer visits and strengthen client relationships.
