Bristow & Sutor Group is seeking an Enforcement Agent for North West London, covering Berkhamsted, Hemel Hempstead, Henley-on-Thames, Hitchin, Ruislip, St Albans, Stevenage, Tring, Uxbridge, Watford, Wembley. Basic salary is £26,441–£28,460 with a clear path to earnings between £40,000 and £65,000, plus a company car and fuel card.

You will visit customers at their homes and businesses, negotiate to maximise recoveries, collect payments, and help customers complete income questionnaires.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• No CCJs and no criminal record.
• Backgrounds welcomed include Security, Police, Armed Forces, Financial Services and Sales.

Aufgaben

• Visit customers' homes and businesses.
• Negotiate professionally to maximise recoveries.
• Take payments and set up arrangements; assist with income questionnaire.
• Take control of goods when necessary, following regulations.
• Maintain accurate case notes, visit reports and payment records.
• Identify and support customer vulnerability and refer to appropriate pathways.
